We have reveived the following from Royal Torbay with regards to Arrivals and Departures:

On arrivals, our agreement with the harbour is that boats can arrive /  depart one day either side of the event, so anytime from Thursday morning for drop off will be fine. There is a security barrier at the entrance to the harbour which is controlled via an intercom from 08.00 – 21.00, the harbour staff will let you in and you are to leave the boats on Haldon Pier, immediately adjacent to the slipway. We will have the barrier manned on Friday morning from 9am to speed the process up when we expect the majority will be arriving. Anyone wanting to arrive on Wednesday need to make contact with me so I can clear it with the harbour.
