As regular followers of this website and the class social media outlets will know this coming weekend is the Draycote Dash which is event 1 of both the D-Zero winter series 2015/2016 and the GJW Direct Sailjuice Winter Series 2015/2016.
The class is delighted to announce that, at the time of writing, not only are we the first class to achieve a double digit entry for an individual event, this weekends Draycote Dash, we are also the first class to achieve 15 unique entries across the entire series. This means that the class now qualifies for fleet prizes and with sponsors such as GJW Direct, Musto, Trident, GUL there are some great prizes on offer.
Prize giving for the GJW Direct Sailjuice Winter Series will be taking place at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show in March 2016.

Good job guys – here in Scotland we’re still sitting at a fleet size of One! Or 1/5,000,000th of the population. However there are whispers of some interest and that is why I hope the Northern Tour (and Demo Days) will visit Largs.
The event is being put to the Largs Sc Committee next week.

Great to hear Martin. Once the AGM has taken place we really can kick things off. I know there are rumours that the northern Fleet really is going to take off shortly so the new Northern Rep might have his hands full!
